What contractors ask about the money.
What does "money-back" actually mean?
After your 5 pilot leads are delivered, you have 7 days to tell us they did not meet our quality bar — verified homeowner, real project, real intent, exclusive to you. If they did not, we refund the $299 in full to the card you paid on. No store credit, no fine print, no required pilot extension.
What counts as a valid lead?
A homeowner (or commercial decision-maker) with a real roofing project they want priced or scheduled, located in a state we serve, who took our qualifying call. Bad numbers, spam, duplicates, wrong state, or not-a-homeowner do not count and do not consume a slot.
How is the subscription billed?
Monthly in advance via card or ACH. First charge after you decide to convert from pilot. No setup fees. Cancel anytime — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
What happens if you do not deliver 20 leads in a month?
We extend the billing month by one week so we can finish delivery. If we still cannot deliver, we credit the missing leads pro-rata to next month, or refund the unfilled portion on request. We do not bill you for leads we did not deliver.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup, no contract, no minimum-term. The pilot is a one-time $299. The subscription is month-to-month.
Can I pause or cap monthly spend?
Yes. You can pause your subscription (no leads delivered, no bill) for up to 60 days. You can also set a hard monthly overage cap so the total bill cannot exceed an amount you choose.
Do you do volume pricing for high-volume contractors?
Above 60 leads / month or multi-state delivery, ask about the high-volume plan on the call. Pricing scales with commitment volume; same exclusivity, same SLA.
