This Privacy Policy explains how BoomReach ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, discloses and protects information about you when you visit our website at https://boomreach.io, contact us, or use our lead-generation services.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Information you provide directly

When you fill out a form, request a pilot, book a call, or otherwise interact with us, you may provide:

  • Name, business name, email, phone number
  • State and service area
  • Information about your business (roofing contractor licence, CRM in use, volume requirements)
  • Payment information processed through our payment provider

1.2 Information from homeowner lead intake

As part of our lead-generation service, homeowners submit information through our landing pages and intake forms. This information is collected from the homeowner with their express consent, and is processed solely for the purpose of routing the qualified lead to one contractor.

1.3 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address, browser type, device information
  • Pages viewed, time spent, referring URL
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies — see Section 6

2. How we use information

We use information for the following purposes:

  • Deliver, operate and improve our lead-generation services
  • Route qualified leads to the appropriate contractor
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support
  • Send service-related communications (delivery confirmations, billing)
  • Send marketing communications you have opted in to (you can opt out at any time)
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements
  • Analyse usage patterns to improve site performance

3. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as follows:

  • Contractor recipients: When a homeowner submits a qualifying intake, the qualified lead is delivered to one — and only one — contractor recipient, who is bound by our Master Service Agreement to use that information solely to contact the homeowner.
  • Service providers: Vendors who help us operate (hosting, payment processing, CRM, email delivery, analytics). Each is bound by confidentiality and data-handling obligations.
  • Legal obligations: When required to comply with law, legal process or government request.
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to the same confidentiality obligations.

4. Communications and TCPA compliance

Our lead-generation calls are made only to homeowners who have provided express written consent on our intake forms. Each call is logged with the consent timestamp and the originating consent source. We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), state-level mini-TCPA statutes, the Do Not Call Registry, and applicable mobile-marketing rules.

Contractor recipients of BoomReach leads agree, under our Master Service Agreement, to comply with TCPA and all applicable communication laws when contacting the homeowner.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide our services and to comply with legal, accounting and reporting obligations. Homeowner lead data is retained for the duration of the contractor relationship plus a reasonable archival period (typically 24 months) for audit and quality-assurance purposes. You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal retention obligations.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site function, analytics and conversion tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including California's CCPA / CPRA, Virginia's VCDPA, Colorado's CPA, and similar state laws). These rights may include:

  • The right to access the personal information we hold about you
  • The right to request correction or deletion
  • The right to opt out of certain uses (we do not sell personal information)
  • The right to portability

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your information, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

9. Children

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

BoomReach is based in the United States. Information you provide may be stored and processed in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. under applicable law.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Significant changes will be communicated to active customers in writing.
