We run paid traffic on Facebook, Google and YouTube targeted at homeowners in TX, FL, GA, NC and AL who are signalling roofing intent. They land on our pages, they fill out an intake form, an SDR calls them within three minutes, and the qualified lead is delivered to one contractor before the homeowner has hung up the qualifying call. We keep the funnel transparent and the price predictable.
Where we are headed
The five states we serve today are the densest roofing markets in the US. Other markets — Arizona, Colorado, Tennessee, Ohio, Pennsylvania — are on the roadmap as we hit volume capacity in the storm-belt. If you are a contractor in a state we do not serve and you want exclusive leads, tell us on the intro call. We add states based on demand from real contractors, not analyst projections.

We will never sell the same lead to two contractors. If we ever fail at this, the lead is refunded plus a free replacement. This is the only product we know how to make.
